- Heat 3 cups water and let it boil.
- Dry roast rawa in a separate pan for just 1-2 minutes. Don’t brown it..
- When water is boiled add it in the pan and add salt and pepper too..

- Just before it absorbs whole water add the remaining 1 tbsp ghee and switch off the flame.
- Cover the pan for two minutes and then serve hot upma..
